$128,798= the average owner benefit generated in each sold pool business.

1.588 = the owner benefit multiple (sales price divided by owner benefit) of the 11 sold pool businesses.

1.766 = the historical owner benefit multiple of all pool businesses ever sold in the state of Florida.

0.905% = the average percentage down of the 11 sold pool businesses.

What does this mean?

Pool businesses are in high demand and, in spite of a more conservative and cash strapped buying clientele, they are still paying near historical multiples with a percent down not realized in other industries.
