The passive approach this headline suggests can be disastrous for any business seller.

Yes, you should prepare your business in order to make a great impression on the buyer. And yes, you should present your business so it is clear it will meet the needs and desires of the buyer.

And of course, ultimately it will be the buyer’s decision as to whether or not they will spend their money on your business.
